Combat Silver Tech Socks by P1G® are versatile socks for tactical tasks. This model can be used throughout the year. They provide thermoregulation and good breathability when used with different types of footwear.

Construction features

The socks have a zonal construction to provide comfort during long walks. The arch and heel zones are reinforced for increased durability and heat retention. The toes have flat seams and cushioning inserts to reduce friction. Special channels along the sock provide better heat penetration and moisture wicking from the foot. The elastic cuff hugs the foot and prevents the sock from slipping down.

Materials used in the socks

The main material is polyamide, which has high wear resistance and dries quickly. Coolmax material also helps the socks wick moisture from the foot and dry quickly. Silver Yarns are yarns made from special threads with a core of polyamide and an outer layer consisting of 99.9% pure silver. Silver ions are activated by body heat and attach to bacteria, destroying ribonucleic acid and DNA synthesis. This destroys bacteria and inhibits their reproduction, preventing the formation of unpleasant foot odor. Elastane plays a supporting role and provides elasticity to the material.
