URSUS MK2 is a insulated jacket from the brand P1G®. This model is suitable for all representatives of the Security and Defense Forces, as well as for fans of an active lifestyle. It can be used as a standalone jacket or as an insulating layer under a waterproof jacket.

Advantages of Materials

The outer fabric of the jacket is made of Havos Mini Ripstop with a special moisture-repellent coating. This material is entirely made of nylon, which has a special reinforced thread in its weave. This makes the fabric lightweight and quite durable. The lining fabric is made of nylon, and for additional durability in the cuff and lower hem area, the jacket has a lining made of the main fabric.

To maintain a stable body temperature, the insulation is made using non-woven silicone. This lightweight insulation does not clump, provides good heat retention, and does not hinder air circulation. The inner side of the collar is additionally insulated with fleece, which helps to better retain heat and adds comfort when wearing the jacket.

Features of the Cut

URSUS MK2 has a slim fit for an anatomical fit. This is especially convenient when it is used as an insulating layer. The comfortable fit of the product is ensured by an elastic band placed on the cuffs and at the bottom edge of the product.

The jacket has three voluminous pockets with zippers for storing necessary EDC items. The upper pocket in the chest area is located on the left, which is comfortable for right-handed individuals. It is convenient to store a smartphone, wallet, or various types of identification there. The lower pockets can accommodate tactical gloves or even weapon magazines, if necessary. Also, the pockets on the bottom are insulated on the outside for better hand warming.

Hook-and-loop panels for attaching identification marks (patches) are located on the shoulders and chest. The hook-and-loop fasteners are color-coordinated with the main fabric to reduce the camouflage factor.

The central zipper has a two-way slider, allowing the jacket to be unzipped from either side to quickly access gear on the belt. For additional comfort, there is an integrated chin guard at the top of the zipper.
